Heading back from the local store, I noticed a storm brewing. To my surprise, it moved rather quickly on my way home. Leaves and tree branches were flailing about like there was no tomorrow and little ol' me went head to head with not one, but two tornadoes. Now I know you probably think I should have some experience with wind, but this was a freak of nature! I couldn't even describe to you what it looked like or just how frightened I really was. Russel, meet tornado. Tornado, meet Russel. Not the most pleasant introduction but one none the less. So advice to you all... If you know a storm is going to come in, stay where you are and/or find cover. Yes it was an adrenaline rush but being that it was NOT by choice I would highly recommend a different kind. Invention idea? Goggles that record video! Although I never wish to go through that again, I am disappointed that I was unable to document the experience.
